Like it? We agree a fixed price and a date. Half up front to book the time, half when it goes live. That's the whole contract.

I build out the full site and send you a private link. You tell me what to change — two rounds of revisions are included, and I don't nickel-and-dime small tweaks.

I come from security, so your site isn't just pretty — it's built properly.
Most of my career has been spent breaking into web applications for a living: finding the holes in other people's sites so they can be fixed. That habit doesn't switch off when I build. Your site gets HTTPS, sane forms, backups and no abandoned plugins waiting to be exploited.

Questions
The things everyone asks
Correct. I build a real homepage for your business and send you the link. If you don't like it, you walk away and it costs you nothing. I do this because it's a faster way to prove I'm worth hiring than any sales pitch.
It depends on how many pages and how much content you need, so I quote a fixed price after I've seen the business — usually the same day. There's no hourly billing and the number doesn't move once we've agreed it.
Most small business sites are live 5–7 days after you approve the sample and send photos and details. Bigger sites with lots of service pages take about two weeks.
You do — completely. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and you get every login at handover. If you ever want to move to another developer, nothing is locked to me.
Often yes. Send me the address and I'll tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild or just a repair. If it's fundamentally fine, I'll say that too.
Wise or PayPal — you pay in your own currency and receive a proper invoice. 50% to start, 50% on the day it goes live.
